BREADED PHEASANT BREAST

Ingredients:

  • 2-6 Pheasant breasts

  • Bread crumbs

  • Mayonaise

  • 2-3 eggs

  • Salt and Pepper to tatse

Directions:

  1. Clean the breasts of any fat

  2. Submerge them in salt water for 2-6 hours in the fridge

  3. Prepare two bowls

  4. Bowl One- Scramble your eggs and add a tbsp of Mayo - stir it up good!

  5. Bowl Two- fill the bowl up with your bread crumbs and add salt and pepper - maybe some crushed red pepper if you're feeling spicy

  6. Dip one breast at a time in the egg wash, let it drip excess goo, then toss it in the bread crumbs

  7. Cover the breast with bread crumbs and place on a greased cookie tray

  8. Continue with each breast

  9. Throw the breasts in the preheated over at 350

  10. They don't take long, maybe 10-15 minutes. This is an eye ball, I sometimes over cooke mine 

I ENJOY THIS MEAL WITH SOME GOOD DIPPING SAUCES AND FRESH AUTUMN VEGGIES! ENJOY!
